【International Shipping Policy】
We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.
Please read the following information carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
■ Before You Order
・Orders Cannot Be Cancelled or Modified After Placement
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Please double-check the size, color, and quantity before completing your purchase.
・Import Duties, VAT, and Other Taxes Are the Customer’s Responsibility
Depending on your country or region, customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), or other import fees may apply upon delivery. These costs are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer. We do not cover or collect these fees on your behalf.
・Shipping Fees for Exchanges Are Fully Paid by the Customer
If you wish to exchange an item due to size or other reasons, all shipping costs (both return and reshipment) must be covered by you. Please contact us before returning any items.
・No Refunds for Delivery Refusal or Incorrect Address
If the parcel is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, or due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost or any handling fees.
・International Shipping May Take Longer
Customs clearance and local delivery conditions can cause delays. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking for peace of mind.
・We Are Not Responsible for Damage or Loss During Transit
We take care to package your items securely, but we are not liable for any loss or damage once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. If you require insured shipping, please let us know in advance.
・Check for Country-Specific Import Restrictions
Some countries may restrict the import of certain fabrics or product types. Please ensure your order complies with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
・Prepayment Only – We Reserve the Right to Cancel Suspicious Orders
We only accept online payment in advance. If we detect a suspicious order, we reserve the right to cancel it without notice.
■ For Customers in East and Southeast Asia
• Any mention of “free shipping” applies to domestic orders within Japan only. International shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
• Our clothing sizes follow Japanese sizing standards. They may differ from those commonly used in your country, so please check the size chart on each product page carefully.
• Customs clearance may take longer in some countries such as China, South Korea, and Thailand. During sale seasons or holidays, delays may occur.

当店では、一部の国と地域への海外発送に対応しています。
スムーズにお届けするため、以下の内容をご確認のうえご注文をお願いいたします。
■ ご注文前にご確認ください
・ご注文後のキャンセル・変更はできません
ご注文確定後の内容変更やキャンセルはお受けできません。ご注文前にサイズ・カラー・数量などをよくご確認ください。
・関税・輸入税などはお客様のご負担となります
お届け先の国や地域によっては、商品到着時に関税やVAT（付加価値税）、通関手数料などが課される場合があります。これらはすべてお客様のご負担となります。当店では税金等の支払い代行は行っておりません。
・交換をご希望の場合の送料は全額お客様負担となります
サイズ違いなどで交換をご希望の場合、返送と再発送にかかる送料はすべてお客様のご負担となります。商品を返送される前に必ずご連絡ください。
・受け取り拒否・住所不備による返金はできません
関税の支払い拒否、住所の記入ミス・不備により商品が返送された場合、送料・手数料の返金はできませんのでご注意ください。
・配送にはお時間がかかる場合があります
国際配送では、通関手続きや各国の配送状況により、お届けまでに時間がかかることがあります。追跡付きの配送方法をお選びいただくことをおすすめします。
・輸送中の紛失・破損について
丁寧に梱包して発送しておりますが、配送中の紛失や破損については、当店では責任を負いかねます。補償付きの配送方法をご希望の方は、ご注文時にその旨をお知らせください。
・国によっては輸入制限があります
一部の国では、素材や製品の仕様に関して輸入制限がある場合があります。ご注文前に、お住まいの国の輸入規則をご確認ください。
・事前決済のみ対応しております
当店では、すべてのご注文について事前のオンライン決済のみを承っております。不審な注文と判断される場合は、当店の判断でキャンセルさせていただくことがあります。予めご了承ください。
■ 東アジア・東南アジアのお客様へ
• 表示されている「送料無料」は、日本国内向けの条件です。海外発送には別途送料がかかります。国や地域により異なる送料は、カートで自動計算されます。
• 当店の子ども服サイズは日本の基準に基づいています。海外のサイズ感と異なる場合がありますので、各商品のサイズ詳細を必ずご確認ください。
